For orders within Australia, we offer standard shipping through both Australia Post and Aramex. Nationwide delivery typically takes 3-5 business days pending location. SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY


While we ensure fast dispatch of your orders, actual delivery times are determined by our shipping partners, Auspost and Aramex. Any delays that occur once the package is in transit are beyond our control.

LEAVE IN SAFE PLACE REQUEST

All parcels dispatched by Gelball Undercover require a signature upon delivery to ensure they are received securely by the intended customer. If a customer requests any changes to the delivery instructions while the parcel is in transit such as “leave in a safe place” or authority to leave without a signature
Gelball Undercover will not be liable for any missing, lost, or stolen parcels resulting from these instructions. Once the delivery method is altered by the customer, full responsibility for the parcel lies with the customer.

LATE DELIVERIES


If your package arrives later than expected, particularly with express shipping, we recommend contacting the relevant shipping provider (Auspost or Aramex) to lodge a dispute using your name. Addressing any issues directly with the shipping provider will help expedite resolution.

LIABILITY FOR DELAYS


Gel Ball Undercover PTY LTD is not responsible for delays once the package is in the possession of Auspost or Aramex. While we aim for same-day shipping, we advise placing orders at least 10 days before any significant events to mitigate any potential delays.

NO REFUNDS FOR LATE DELIVERIES
