Green Gas Pistols

Important safety notice: Gas Pistol User Guide

Always wear eye protection when handling or firing gel blasters. Treat the blaster responsibly never point it at people, animals, or property. Follow local laws and age restrictions.

Hydrating the gels

1. Pour your gel beads into a clean container and fully submerge them in water.
2. Leave the beads to soak for at least 3 hours (overnight is fine) until they are fully hydrated
3. Use only fully hydrated gels.

Loading the magazine

1. Confirm the magazine is empty
2. Load 12–15 hydrated gels into the magazine’s feed port.
3. Ensure each gel sits correctly without being squashed — a crushed gel will jam the feed.

Filling with green gas

1. Hold the magazine upright and locate the bottom gas inlet valve.
2. Insert the green gas can nozzle into the inlet valve and press for about 4–6 seconds (short bursts).
Do not overfill a few seconds per fill is usually sufficient.
3. After filling, wait 10–15 seconds to allow the gas to settle and any overflow to dissipate.

Inserting magazine & preparing to fire

1. Insert the loaded gas magazine fully into the magazine well until it clicks.
2. Rack the slide (pull back and release) to chamber a round.
3. Confirm the safety is off only when you are ready to fire and the muzzle is pointed in a safe direction.

Firing

1. Aim at a safe target and squeeze the trigger.
2. If the blaster fails to fire, ensure: magazine is seated, slide is fully forward/locked where applicable,
and the magazine has gas and hydrated gels.
3. If misfeeds or jams occur, cease firing, remove the magazine, clear the chamber safely, and inspect for damaged gels or obstructions.

After use — unloading & maintenance

1. Remove the magazine and safely discharge any remaining gas by firing into a safe area or purging the
magazine by pressing the outlet valve
2. Remove any remaining gels from the magazine and discard used/expired gels.
3. Wipe the exterior with a dry cloth. Avoid submerging the blaster or getting water into the gas system.
4. Store the blaster in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.

Troubleshooting — common issues

• Leak from magazine inlet: Check O-ring/seal; avoid overfilling. Replace damaged O-ring.
• Slide won’t lock / snappy slide: If you have an upgraded recoil spring, it may be longer than stock this can prevent slide lock. Revert to stock spring if needed and have on hand.
• Jams/misfeeds: Remove magazine, clear chamber, ensure gels are hydrated correctly and not
squashed.
• Weak shots / low FPS: Ensure magazine is adequately filled with gas and temperature is within operating range (green gas performance drops in cold conditions).

Replacement parts & service

If you suspect a manufacturing fault or part is missing/damaged, please contact us and arrange a return
under warranty (if eligible). Do not attempt major repairs if the blaster is inside the warranty period
return it complete and assembled so we can inspect and forward to the supplier if necessary.

CO2 Pistols

User Guide & Safety CO₂ Gel Blaster Pistol

Important safety notice:

Always wear certified eye protection when handling or firing gel blasters. Treat the blaster responsibly never point it at people, animals, or property. Comply with all local laws and age
restrictions. Keep CO₂ cartridges out of reach of children and store them in a cool, dry place.

Before first use — hydrating the gels

1. Place gel beads in a clean container and fully submerge them in water.
2. Soak for at least 3 hours (overnight is ideal) until fully hydrated.
3. Use fully hydrated gels

Loading the magazine

1. Ensure the magazine and pistol are unloaded and the safety is on.
2. Load 12–15 hydrated gels into the magazine feed port (do not overfill).
3. Make sure each gel sits correctly and is not squashed, damaged gels can cause jams.

Installing a CO₂ cartridge

Use only compatible CO₂ cartridges recommended for your model Hold the magazine or cartridge
compartment upright and loosen the base/nut or cap to access the cartridge chamber. Do not take out
completely

1. Insert a new, compatible threaded CO₂ cartridge with the narrow end pointing into the
chamber (follow your model’s orientation).
2. Screw the nut or cap down firmly until the cartridge is punctured you will feel resistance
when the puncture occurs. Do not overtighten.
3. After puncture, wait a few seconds to let the gas stabilize before firing.
4. If you need to remove a punctured cartridge, vent any remaining gas safely (see “After use
unloading & maintenance”) before unscrewing and removing the cartridge.

Safety notes about cartridges:

• Use only authorised CO₂ cartridges — do not use damaged or corroded cartridges.
• Do not puncture cartridges unless installed in the blaster or magazine as instructed.
• Never expose cartridges to high heat or flames.

Inserting magazine & preparing to fire

1. Insert the loaded CO₂ magazine fully into the magazine well until it clicks.
2. Rack the slide (pull back and release) to chamber a round.
3. Only switch the safety off when you are ready to fire and the muzzle is pointed in a safe
direction.

Firing

1. Aim at a safe, approved target and squeeze the trigger.
2. If the blaster fails to fire, check that the magazine is seated correctly, the slide is fully
forward, the cartridge is punctured/has gas, and the gels are hydrated.
3. If a misfeed or jam occurs, cease firing immediately, remove the magazine, and clear the
chamber safely before inspecting for obstructions or damaged gels.

After use — unloading & maintenance

1. Remove the magazine. To safely discharge remaining gas, either fire the blaster into a safe
area until gas is exhausted or depress the magazine outlet valve to purge gas away from the
blaster.
2. Once the cartridge is fully depressurised, unscrew the nut/cap and remove the spent cartridge
for proper disposal or recycling.
3. Remove and discard any remaining gels from the magazine.
4. Wipe the exterior surfaces with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge the pistol or
allow water into the gas system.
5. Inspect O-rings, seals and the cartridge chamber for damage; replace any worn or damaged
parts.
6. Store the pistol and spare cartridges in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and away from
children.

Troubleshooting — common issues

• Gas leak at the cartridge/nut: Check O-ring/seal and the cartridge seating. Replace damaged
O-rings and ensure the cartridge is correctly oriented and tightened only to the point of
puncture.
• Slide won’t lock / snappy slide: An upgraded or longer recoil spring can prevent slide lock. If
you have installed aftermarket springs, reinstall the stock spring to test.
• Jams / misfeeds: Remove the magazine, clear the chamber, and ensure gels are correctly
hydrated and undamaged. Check feed lips for debris.
• Weak shots / low FPS: Confirm the cartridge has sufficient gas and that ambient temperature
is appropriate (CO₂ pressure decreases in cold conditions). Replace the cartridge if depleted.

Replacement parts & service

under warranty (if eligible). Do not perform major repairs while the pistol is within the
warranty period — return it complete and assembled so we can inspect and, if necessary,
forward it to the supplier.
